Set the effect intensity via the Compression pot before matching the Attack and Release levels with your playing style using the dedicated controls, and tweaking the output Volume, balancing it with your clean and pure, true-bypass dry signal. For finger-picking techniques, the all-round Golden Comp could be deployed as your always-on first-stage pedal, giving your playing plenty of presence, definition and body and, when it comes to plectrum-based rhythms, you gain plenty of force and power.
